Q. Why book Jam Chocolate Fountain?
A. The answer is very simple, chocolate fountains are great fun and we enjoy our chocolate fountains as much as you will. We will ensure that your guests are treated to the ultimate in chocolate heaven. We are always polite and willing to help and answer any questions, the professionalism and flexibility in our service is second to none. If you have any special requests, we will always try our utmost to accommodate these. We have been working in events since 1992 all over the UK, so we have a good idea how to make each event special.

Q. How far do you travel?
A. We are based in the West Midlands but for a small extra charge we are available all over the UK. Please contact us if you require a quote, as we are sure that you will find us very competitive for the service we provide. 

Q. How come you're not the cheapest?
A. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and lasting impressions. Some of the cheaper fountains are a lot smaller, less dips, cheap chocolate, bad hygiene. Your event is as special to us as it is to you.

Q. Do you use fresh chocolate for each rental?
A. Yes, we never recycle our chocolate from other rentals. If you wish we can leave you any surplus chocolate, please let us know before the end of your event so we can put the chocolate in a suitable container.

Q. What kind of Chocolate is used in the Fondue?
A. Jam Chocolate Fountain use the very best Belgian Chocolate. It comes as Dark, Milk or Creamy White. Alternatively, for a truly special occasion, we can arrange Orange, Lime, Strawberry, Praline, Cappuccino or Hazelnut flavoured Chocolate.

Q. What dips do you provide?
A. We can provide many different types of dips and will recommend dips for your event.  Anything from Strawberries, Marshmallows, Miniature Doughnuts and other fruits: actually anything edible that goes with Chocolate! However, we strongly advise against anything crumbly or that easily slides off skewers for the sake of the consistent flow of the Chocolate. 

Q. Do you provide staff?
A. We believe that it is imperative that a trained operator is present. This is simply to ensure that food hygiene is maintained and that your guests enjoy the chocolate fountain to its greatest potential. This would also allow you to enjoy your event without having any concerns about the chocolate fountain, and to keep those dips topped up at all times!

Q. Can you provide a disco & extras for my function?
A. Jam Chocolate Fountain is an extension to Jam Productions Entertainments & Events. We have covered events & discos all over the UK from company's such as Toyota, Tesco, SKY TV, BBC to celebrity events with Jasper Carrott, Lenny Henry, Kim Wilde, Premier Football Teams to venues such as The Dorchester, Hilton Park Lane, The ICC, The NEC, The Brewery & hopefully the next event is with you!
